Summary:This position will support all distribution functions for the company’s Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) business including but not limited to:
•Work closely in a high energy team environment to perform monthly distribution activity for ETGC NGL Marketing.
•Develops and maintains a clear understanding of how distribution affects the NGL marketing strategies and the corresponding revenue
•Work closely with the NGL marketing, scheduling, credit, contracts and accounting to ensure accurate contracts, timely product delivery and payment
•Develop and maintain industry relationships
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Learn ETGC’s distribution systems (Entero & T4) and seek to stream-line / improve
•Maximize ETGC’s revenue and minimize any costs associated with third party storage locations
•Works closely with the ETGC scheduling group to ensure that product and pipeline schedules meet ETGC Marketing commitments
•Enter all trade deals into spreadsheets, ensuring accurate trade details for confirmations and invoicing
•Provide weekly ending inventory reports for ETGC Marketing
•Furnish credit and accounting with monthly schedules outlining invoicing terms for intra-month product deliveries
•Provide scheduling with monthly ratable movements of ETGC’s product to third parties
•Utilize Entero reports to ensure Entero and distribution balances tie
•Comply with all Company policies and procedures
•Fully supports Company goals of continuous improvement and operational excellence
This position requires working before/after regular office hours including some weekends and/or holidays
Requirements: Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills & abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
•Requires a bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience
•2-5 years of related experience
•Proficient in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
•Must possess keen analytical and problem solving skills
•Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
•Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work
•Able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines
•Ability to build rapport with customers externally and internally
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
