Account Manager

Responsibilities of this position include:

- Sales Order Entry

- Order Tracking

- Inventory Management

- Volume Forecasting

- New Order Quoting

- Quality Claims

- Customer Contract Review and Expertise

- Tracking of Contract Fulfillment and Pricing Data

- Ownership of Accounts

Preferred Skills:

- Exceptional Customer Service

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to multitask

- Strong communication skills

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Bachelor's degree preferred
