Join the growing team at T&D Materials Manufacturing, a recognized leader in the supply of refractory metals. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Executive with a solid understanding of the AR platforms to help us build and grow our firearms parts business.

This is a sales-focused, business development role for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment.

What You'll Do

•

Prospect & Outreach: Research and engage new leads through calls, emails, and inbound inquiries to develop sales opportunities.

•

Build Relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with purchasing agents and decision-makers across your accounts.

•

Analyze Needs: Understand client goals and tailor product solutions that meet their unique requirements.

•

Manage Quotes: Respond to RFQs, follow up consistently, and guide prospects toward purchase decisions.

•

Hit Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

•

Stay Organized: Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date, including customer records and opportunity tracking.

•

Engage the Industry: Represent T&D at trade shows and industry events to stay informed and expand your network.

What You Bring

•

Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B environments.

•

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with gas-operated reloading platforms and/or firearms components is a plus.

•

Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both written and verbal communication.

•

Goal-Oriented: Strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.

•

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools.

•

Organized: Capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.

Location: Clifton Heights, PA Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Thursday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) Compensation: Base salary of $35,000 + commission | First-year OTE: ~$65,000
