Responsible for interfacing with oil and gas pipeline company representatives regarding the coordination of inspection work and purchase orders as well as serving as a liaison to field personnel staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for verifying Client inspector rates and salary breakdown for each Inspector Hire Request.
•Responsible for creating and updating pay offers and submitting to current or new Inspectors.
•Responsible for creating and updating Inspector pay sheets and providing to HR, Payroll and Invoicing.
•Coordinate with ILIS and NDE managers to confirm accuracy of time entry by field personnel.
•Respond to field personnel queries via phone and email.
•Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues.
•Create, review, and analyze various departmental reports.
•Contribute to team/departmental efforts by accomplishing tasks and results as needed and expected.
•Assist the Client Operations Manager in hiring, onboarding and all client requests.
•Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, drafts, memos, emails and reports.
•Maintain electronic filing system.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•3+ years’ proven oil and gas pipeline and facility related experience.
•Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding and ever-changing environment.
•Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across functional lines.
•Strong clerical skills including filing, sorting, and data entry.
•Productive work habits including attention to detail, follow through and the ability to prioritize and complete
•work activities in an efficient and effective manner.
•Ability to work in multiple systems (Oracle, Netsuite, Scheduler, Access)
•Ability to assist in creating a department atmosphere which encourages motivation, innovation and high
•Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
•Knowledge of Excel and Windows at an intermediate to advance level.
•Demonstrated professionalism, judgment, and discretion in working with sensitive information
WORKING CONDITIONS
Internal - Work is normally performed in a climate controlled office environment.
External - Work is normally not performed externally.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time, but most duties are performed from a seated position. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate a computer keyboard at moderate skill level. Work may include occasional long hours or travel and with days/evenings away from the home base during jobsite and field visits. Work may require overtime to ensure project and reporting deadlines are met.
