CM&W is looking for 2nd shift Welders at our Hannibal, MO location. Pay starting at $22.66 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $28.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential.
The CM&W Welder will Assemble and weld metal parts in production, using welding equipment, requiring advance skills and knowledge of welding techniques while complying with all company and safety policies and procedures.
1. Welds metal parts together per print and if specified, spot welding as required. MIG or TIG welding equipment.
2. Adjust welder for type and gauge of material to be welded per recommended settings.
3. Follow drawing for welding position and specification of welds.
Welder Level I: Acceptably weld parts to print specification with some supervision. Able to read prints.
Welder Level II: Duties of Level I, plus Class One certified Proficient in MIG or TIG welding.
