2nd Shift Supervisor

Pro Stamp is a growing metal stamping and assembly company that has a new and exciting opportunity for a 2nd Shift Supervisor. Become part of a dynamic company, advance your skills, and receive great benefits. The successful candidate for this position has responsibilities for:

- Supervising/Operating metal stamping automatic press lines

- Setting up the press lines, including setting dies and coil lines

- Training press operators

- Supporting press operators and packers

- Supervising quality checks using gages and fixtures

- Teaming up with tooling and quality personnel to troubleshoot part issues

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

We are looking for a person with:

- Experience with automatic metal stamping presses

- Proficiency at setting up and operating all aspects of an automatic press line

- Teaching skills for guiding press operators on proper work practices

- Strong communication skills for interacting with operators and management

- Die sensor troubleshooting experience

- Ability to troubleshoot problems at the press

- Past experience with SmartPac controls

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
