Description:

Performing routine maintenance and repair of CNC & support equipment.

Training shift

Monday- Thursday 6 AM- 4:30 PM for short amount of time

Permanent shift

Four 10 hour days, Sunday – Wednesday night, 4:30pm – 3:00am

Pay rate is hourly and based on experience. $2.50 shift differential for hours works on the second shift.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Perform routine repairs of Grinding CNC machines and Support equipment.

Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, and Mechanical repairs.

Using critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

High level of analytical ability.

High level of problem solving skills.

Maintenance experience with CNC grinding machines.

Experience with hydraulics and industrial electrical.

Experience with mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting.

Ability to read ladder logic preferred

Comfortable using computer (Microsoft office applications, CMMS)

High school diploma or GED. Preferred industrial maintenance certification or equivalent.

Experience in a CNC Machine Shop setting is a plus.
