Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control and assurance, as well as familiarity with various quality systems and standards such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CGMP. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to maintain product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
This position is 2nd shift Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours.
- Test materials before, during, and after production
- Measure the characteristics of materials and ensure that they conform to specifications
- Daily QMS maintenance
- Floor/roving audits
- Data entry including Unipoint data
- Completes outgoing shipment documentation
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Work well with a team
- Have firm understanding of Plus ISO9001:2015 standards
- Attention to detail
- Work experience with a Comparator, Micrometers, Calipers, and No-Go gauges preferred
- 3-5 years quality inspection background in sheet metal/tubing manufacturing preferred
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
