Janitorial Supervisor Job Description:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – The level of customer satisfaction consistently produced by your team is critical to the company's future. The quality of service determines the security of each customer.


Account Knowledge, responsible for:

Work of all employees in assigned accounts
Complete knowledge of all pertinent matters concerning the maintenance service of the account, especially the unique personality of each account.
Maintaining up-to-date Account Information Sheets on each customer.
Personally, perform routine and heavy work on each account.


Quality Control includes:

Regular follow-up on employees, with spot-checking to assure a high level of quality; frequency determined by awareness of each technician’s development and dependability.
Prepare formal Inspection Reports according to schedule.
Make sure all complaints are taken care of the same evening they are discovered.
Assist in the performance of public relations and the distribution of Quality Control Reports as directed by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities: Must possess a valid, current driver's license.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
