Manufacturer in Clemmons, NC seeks a CNC Machinist Operator
We are looking for qualified CNC Machinist operator with high energy, precision skills and excellent work ethic to work in a fast-paced successful Manufacturing environment.
Individual will operate CNC Machine and check quality.

Job Requirements: GED/HS Diploma Clean criminal background No felonies Pass a Drug Test Long term based on work ethic and performance Ability to follow both verbal and written directions Strong math skills a plus Willing to work overtime when needed Proficient in English- must be able to read and understand written work instructions and job descriptions. No experience needed. This is an entry level position.

- Operate and monitor CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use measuring tools to inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to assemble and disassemble machine components
- Familiarity with Fanuc or other similar CNC control systems
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their functions
- Experience operating press brake machines and milling machines is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Assemble and package finished products for shipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Forklift experience is a plus
