Provide assistance to the Human Resources team in administering Human Resource policies, programs, and services. Provide support to the team in recruiting, staffing, compensation, employee relations, engagement and retention, and talent development.
- Provide transactional support of employee and organizational changes
- Uses policies and guidelines to coordinate Human Resources related projects
- Maintain and update HR Records and ensure all filing of documents is accurate and timely
- Compile and provide data to management regarding vacancies, turnover, exit interview and other statistics as needed
- Assist HR Manager and HR Business Partner and perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in services
- Support Recruitment activity as needed in partnership with talent acquisition function, including but not limited to local career fairs and community outreach opportunities.
- Working towards a 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field and or a minimum of 0-2 years of HR Generalist experience; Must have completed at least 2 years of undergraduate coursework (rising Junior/Senior)
- Strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills to include: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Experience with confidential documents
- Previous HR experience is a plus
