Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds that meet industry standards and specifications.
A welder will fabricate parts based off internal travelers and make sure all parts are to spec. This is a full time hourly position, Work hours may vary to meet needs of organization and some Saturday work required. Pay is BOE
· Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
· Sourcing the materials to be used in the project
· Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
· Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Good knowledge of and adherence with safety standards
- Must be able to Tig weld as well and must be an experienced grinder and finisher.
- Must be versatile, and work in other areas based on need.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
· Safety Toe Shoes preferred but not required
