Key Responsibilities:
•
Perform routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and glass cleaning
•
Maintain and restock restrooms as needed
•
Follow a designated cleaning schedule and complete tasks within the assigned time frame
•
Empty trash receptacles, both indoors and outdoors
•
Report any visible maintenance concerns during property walk-throughs
Requirements:
•
Must provide and maintain your own cleaning tools and supplies
•
Must carry valid Workers’ Compensation insurance and keep it updated annually
•
Must have access to a reliable smartphone to receive and manage assignments

Pay: $10,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
