034 - Solution Heat Treat - SHT Operator 2
3rd Shift: 11pm -7am
Duties and Responsibilities:•Follows safe work procedures.
•Operates rollers at the Headstock
•Checks oil levels and reports leaks to the supervisor.
•Operates overhead crane.
•Maintains professional communication with supervisors and co-workers to ensure efficient and safety work operations.
•Communicate with Tailstock operator each stretch
•Adjust length of stretch as needed for each die.
•Communicate any non-conformances issues found on material before the next operation.
•Set up correct blocks for dies before placing them into jaws of Headstock.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
•Minmum 6 months’ manufacturing experience preferred.

•Read and understand job sheets, work instructions and route tags.
•Utilize applicable measuring equipment, work instructions and control plans.
•Demonstrate ability to set up and operate equipment without supervision.
•Demonstrate ability to run equipment without breakdown and maintain productivity based on historical run times.
•Demonstrate ability to produce defect-free parts.
•Demonstrate the ability to complete all applicable paperwork associated with this job title.
•Individuals are familiar with lockout/tagout, and other safety related issues associated with this job title.
•Maintain a clean and safe work area.
•Report any safety or maintenance issues to a supervisor immediately.
•Report any non-conformance issues found immediately.
•Individuals are familiar with the following procedures:
•H3- Operating the Stretcher.
•H17- Headstock Operations.
