Warehouse Administrator

Longhorn Electrical Services Inc. is looking to add a highly skilled and energetic employee to our warehouse team. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment assisting with various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse management.

Warehouse – Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Assists in loading and unloading shipments and deliveries

- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries are free of damage.

- Physically fit and able to carry 50 pounds comfortably

- Dependable and hardworking / Honest and accountable

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards.

- Experience using forklift and pallet jacks

- Safety conscious and adheres to all protocols and procedures.

Amin – Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Coordination with other departments to resolve logistical issues.

- Prepares shipments and ensures warehouse is orderly, safe, and clean

- Collect signatures and document delivery time and location

- Excellent customer service attitude and willing to learn.

- Implement warehouse procedures to improve workflow, safety, and efficiency.

- Track incoming and outgoing products to maintain optimal inventory.

- Organized receipt storage of goods to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

- Work in warehouse environment: 1 year

- Bilingual: English / Spanish

- Pass background check and drug test

- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
