This position will be located in Oklahoma City and report to the Supervisor, Energy Efficiency. You will work a hybrid schedule with some days in the office and some days working remotely. You will have demonstrated the ability to lead and motivate others in a team setting, strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Prior experience in peer coaching, training, or mentoring is highly valuable for this role. You will have 5-6 direct reports, and some travel is required, but it is minimal.
Perform team leader duties to ensure efficient and accurate rebate processing. Coordinate and provide an advanced level of rebate processing and reporting of Energy Efficiency (EE) Programs including the monitoring, auditing, researching and resolving of high skill level account issues.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of rebate applications for various customers
Provide onboarding training related to rebate guidelines, processing procedures and system navigation
Provide ongoing training and refresher trainings related to program updates and system changes
Participate with other company department personnel on special projects involving the Energy Efficiency Program, web, and data projects.
Collect and maintain key performance and scorecard results for the Energy Efficiency Program.
Provide support and coordination for education and outreach events, including phone and face-to-face interaction with internal and external customers.
Delegate work to Energy Efficiency Program team as needed
Regular and reliable attendance is required in the performance of the job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Associate's Degree Associate's Degree in business administration or other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education.
Demonstrated ability to coach, provide feedback, and train team members.
Experience with the company's Energy Efficiency Program, including related policies and procedures.
Experience in using office equipment, including computers and applicable software.
Experience applying basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and using decimals and percentages.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, research and report new natural gas technologies, and solve customer problems.
Experience interacting and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Minimum Applicable driver's license, as the position requires the ability to drive on behalf of the company to assist with educational events.
Physical Requirements: Mobility to travel in and around office and outdoor environments and job sites.
Ability to operate tools and equipment during demonstrations and presentations.
Communication requirements: Communicate and exchange information and conduct oral presentations.
Visual requirements: Ability sufficient to perform job duties.
