SUMMARY

We are CNC machining company, producing complex parts for Aerospace, Energy, Medical Device, and other industries. We are looking for a strong candidate with strong leadership, estimating, training experience, machining skills and shop floor practices. Must have experience in estimating, managing and leading CNC operators and set-up machinists. This is a "HANDS ON" position and you will be working closely coordinating daily work-flow with the Director of Operations and Owner. REQUIRED Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Recruits and hires new shop employees

· Provides employee training

· Estimates cost of job shop machining

· Purchasing and managing inventory of machine tooling

· Assists with data entry of customer and job information into ERP system

· Assists in repair & maintenance or other tasks involved in job work orders

· Operate CNC Turning and Milling centers

· Must be capable of efficiently setting up and programming FANUC controlled 2,3, 4, and 5 axis CNC turning centers and mills

· ISO9000 experience

· Must be proficient in Soldworks and MasterCAM

· Must be proficient in ERP software (ProShop preferred)

· A sense of humor is appreciated

QUALIFICATIONS

PAY

· $80,000 - $120,000

SCHEDULE

· Monday – Friday

· 50+ hours per week

EXPERIENCE

· Shop Foreman/Supervisor: 5 years (required)

· Estimating: 5 years (required)

· Machinist: 10 years (required)

· SolidWorksCAM 5 years (required)

· ProShop ERP 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
