The Senior Digital Literacy and Adoption Analyst is responsible for creating roadmaps and strategies for the Digital Literacy team. They develop and manage communication plans to promote technologies, using creative approaches to engage underserved groups. This includes creating, updating, proofreading, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of communications. The analyst leads Digital Literacy projects and campaigns, defining and tracking metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of promotional events.
Additionally, the analyst sources and creates content to support end-user technology adoption, including email broadcasts, news articles, presentations, reference materials, websites, and videos. They collaborate with peer Technology Organization teams to understand emerging technologies and convey technical information in accessible formats to the enterprise. Creativity is essential for producing engaging content while maintaining corporate branding standards. The analyst organizes and hosts both in-person and online Digital Literacy events, leads meetings to gather content from Technology Organization teams, and consults with business teams to assess training needs.

Pay Range: 74,881.00 - 118,445.00 USD Annually: Base salary varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, and at the time of this posting, this is the reasonable salary range for this role.
