As part of our growing roofing division, we’re looking for a **Roofing Crew Manager** to lead and oversee high-performing teams, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on track and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise day-to-day operations of the roofing crew
* Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards
* Coordinate job site logistics, materials, and inspections
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Train, coach, and manage crew performance
* Communicate progress, issues, and needs with office staff and leadership

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Solid understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation
* Ability to read plans and follow safety protocols
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* **$50,000 – $80,000 base salary** + bonus (depending on experience)
