You will maintain and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), develop and manage critical documentation, conduct audits, and lead corrective and preventive actions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS and lead Quality & H&S audits

- Manage NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee calibration processes

- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams

- Manage supplier evaluations and approved vendor list

- Develop QMS documentation, drive KPIs, data analysis, training, and continuous improvement (5S, Lean)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing

- ISO 9001:2015 and CSA standards knowledge

- H&S (COR) and environmental systems experience

- Strong technical writing (SOPs, compliance)

- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, ERP, ISNetworld

- Engineering degree or quality/Lean certifications an asset
