We are currently seeking a driven, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join our team in a Product Support role.
In the Product Support role, you play a critical role in supporting both the sales and service operations by managing rental equipment logistics, coordinating service activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure equipment readiness, proper servicing, and seamless rental transactions. Your responsibilities include preparing rental agreements, processing rental and service billing, scheduling maintenance, and following up on invoice payments.
In addition to administrative and logistical tasks, your role requires a strong technical foundation. You are expected to have both mechanical and electrical aptitude, enabling you to troubleshoot equipment issues, size equipment appropriately for customer needs, and support the sales team in addressing technical questions. Your ability to blend customer service with technical expertise ensures the smooth operation of equipment rentals and enhances client satisfaction.

· Coordinate and manage rental equipment logistics, including preparing rental agreements, tracking inventory, and overseeing equipment readiness and availability.
· Support the sales team by assisting with sales quotes, directing inquiries, helping maintain a simple CRM system, and using technical knowledge to address client questions and equipment needs.
· Oversee service operations, including scheduling maintenance, creating work orders and service invoices, and tracking upcoming service requirements
·Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to facilitate equipment rentals, purchases, and servicing while ensuring timely and accurate communication
· Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise to troubleshoot equipment issues, size equipment to client specifications, and identify necessary replacement parts.
· Only a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Electrician will be considered
· Ability to work well in a team environment as required
· Strong work ethic, a desire to succeed, willingness to take initiative
