Process & Training Facilitator (Billing)in
New Iberia– a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

- You will be based in our New Iberia, LA service Center
- Translate business requirements into effective training interventions focused on billing processes and their integration with other departments.
- Recommend work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions, especially related to billing and cross-departmental workflows.
- Deliver training courses that support effective operations, excellent customer service, and accurate billing practices.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure they reflect any process or system changes.
- Support the business in improving communication, implementing processes, and enhancing efficiency where possible.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to customize training content to Aggreko’s specific billing workflows and tools
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally with billing, finance, or process training focus.
- Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
- Experience with ERP systems or customer relationship management (CRM) databases is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate complex billing processes into clear, engaging training content using strong analytical and process mapping skills to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong facilitation capabilities for workshops and interactive sessions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with multi-tasking capabilities with proven initiative, attention to detail, critical analysis, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively and deliver training on schedule.
- Adaptability and willingness to quickly learn Aggreko’s business context and culture.
- Comfortable using virtual training platforms, presentation tools, and collaboration software.
