The project overseer is responsible for determining project plan strategy, assigning projects to the appropriate project coordinators & their respective teams, and serves as the first point of escalation for all project related concerns. They are also responsible for keeping the project excavators up-to-date periodically, at minimum daily, until the project is successfully completed.

- Accurate locating of all tickets they complete
- Proper documentation on all tickets and projects
- Manage the due date and times of tickets
- Responsible for routing work to manage due times and to be productive
- Send emails (Locked gates, Troubles, NRIs, and working agreements)
- Windows-based general computer skills as well as experience with Microsoft Office & Excel are required.
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours will vary based on client expectation and work availability. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
