You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of Sales procedure. You enjoy tackling challenges and won’t leave any stone unturned to find the best solution for the situation at hand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong self-directed, “go-getter” attitude with the ability to independently drive OEM sales cycles.
- Proven sales capability and experience, ideally in energy, electronics, or technical manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to build and manage long-term OEM relationships, including navigating technical and commercial discussions.
- Strong project management skills—ability to coordinate timelines, requirements, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent corporate presentation and communication abilities—comfortable presenting to engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, generate, and follow up on OEM leads until the partnership is fully secured.
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts and communicate product value effectively.
- Knowledge of BESS, solar, or energy systems is a plus but not required.
- Local to Tualatin, Sherwood, or nearby areas.
As an OEM Sales Representative, you will lead outreach, relationship management, and integration discussions with manufacturers who incorporate our BESS solutions into their systems.
- Identify, contact, and develop relationships with OEM manufacturers and engineering-driven partners.
- Present QPO Energy’s product capabilities to corporate clients, including sales decks, technical overviews, and ROI justification.
- Manage OEM sales projects from initial outreach through negotiation, technical alignment, and final agreement.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and marketing teams to support OEM integration and ensure successful product deployment.
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, delivery plans, and long-term supply agreements.
- Track OEM pipeline progress and report market insights, competitive activity, and partnership status.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and continued OEM satisfaction.
- Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.
- The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
- Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
- The worker is required to have visual acuity in order to perform activities at distances close to the eyes.
- The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
