This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all club services. The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for member and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding club services, events, reservations, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal departments (dining, events, administration) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Assist with scheduling reservations, bookings, and event registrations.
• Support front desk operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Gather feedback from members to help improve service quality and overall experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
