We are looking for a Field Service Technician with mechanical and electrical experience to join our team. This role involves onsite installations, commissioning, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service calls, among other responsibilities. We are seeking a motivated professional who is eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform onsite installation, commissioning, and training

- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment while providing excellent customer service

- Coordinate with customers to schedule installations, startups, and commissioning

- Document and manage Field Service work orders

- Communicate with our engineering team in China

- Work with current and prospective customers to enhance their experience

- Assist the sales team as needed

- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly & operation experience

- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

- Strong communication skills, confident in training users onsite, over the phone, and via email

- Willingness to travel domestically within the USA (up to 50%)

- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
