The Inside Sales Business Development is an integral part of our Customer Service team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.
Compensation range for this position is $45,000.00 -$65,000.00
Position Details
Provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
•Generate revenue by assessing customer account information.
•Develop sales opportunities by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
•Make calls and send emails to existing and prospective customers.
•Promote Phibro products and services.
•Build relationships both internally and externally with customers.
•Communicate customer activity with Leadership.
•Optimize business strategies and priorities for financial impact.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or pertinent experience preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•A minimum of 2 years ERP experience (preferred but not required).
•Strong communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to multitask, and manage time with attention to detail.
•Willingness to travel occasionally.
