Hiring Salary Range: $67,100 - $100,700 Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.
Supports the organization by administering employee benefits, providing payroll support, and contributing to broader human resources initiatives. Provide excellent customer service, technical and clerical support to employees in relation to benefits and payroll. Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations, all employee policies and union contracts.
Essential Job Functions :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in human resources. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Previous experience with employee benefits and/or payroll preferred. Professional HR certification preferred.
