Team Snubbing Services is part of the Tram Energy Group — a family of companies that includes Team Snubbing Services (Domestic Snubbing Operations), Team Snubbing International (Alaska & Global HWO and Manpower Operations), and Superior Fire Control (Canadian Domestic Fire, Air Supply, and Medical Services).
We’re a proudly Canadian energy services group that’s built on hard work, innovation, reliability, and teamwork. Our people are what make us different — we take care of our crews, respect the communities we operate in, and believe that Quality, Safety, and Integrity are Core Values, and non-negotiable in our business.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and help support the people who keep our operations running every day.
You’ll be the go-to person for HR support across the Team Group of companies — helping to keep our teams organized, supported, and compliant. A typical day might include:
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Helping managers with HR documentation and employee communications
- Supporting benefits administration and policy updates
- Keeping employee data organized, accurate, and confidential
- Jumping in to help wherever HR or administration support is needed
You’ll work closely with various internal teams, including Finance, Operations, and Safety, as well as our field and office staff across Canada and internationally.
- Organized and proactive — you notice fine details and like to keep things running smoothly
- People-focused — approachable, professional, and trustworthy
- Comfortable multitasking — able to juggle admin, HR, and compliance responsibilities
- Tech-friendly — experienced with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR systems
- Team-oriented — willing to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–5 years of HR or office administration experience (Energy Services experience a plus)
- CHRP designation or progress toward it considered an asset
While we use this as a general guideline, we want to stress that we hire primarily on attitude and personality firstly, and then education, experience, and credentials as a secondary consideration.
- A collaborative team that genuinely cares about each other
- Exposure to multiple businesses and operations — no two days are the same
- Competitive compensation and benefits
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
- You'll also have the best boss in the whole wide world (Me - the person writing this thing)
We’re a team that values sensible solutions, creative thinking, a genuine belief in continuous improvement, and authenticity. If you want to grow your career (Whether that be in HR or otherwise) in an environment where people truely matter, and see how your work makes a difference, we’d love to meet you.
