We are a growing oil field services company with a strong reputation for safety, performance, and integrity. With a dynamic team and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled HR Administrator
to support our operations and drive employee success.
The
HR Administratorwill be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of human resources duties in support of our field and office teams. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in oil and gas operations, familiar or willing to learn EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and Bloom Growth software, and comfortable managing all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientations, paperwork, and exit interviews
- Coordinate employee terminations and handle all documentation related to firing in compliance with labor laws
- Maintain and update employee records, benefits enrollment, and HRIS systems
- Administer employee insurance programs and liaise with benefits providers
- Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and company-specific safety regulations
- Support managers and team leads in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews
- Conduct safety training and support field compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, recruitment, and retention efforts
- Take lead role in managing Culture Index (employee profile/traits software)
- Maintain and coordinate Companywide training schedule and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry- Knowledge of or willingness to learn EOS and Bloom Growth software/systems
- Strong understanding of HR laws, benefits administration, and safety practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
