We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our fun- loving team! You will be in the middle of all the action, taking phone calls, setting appointments, entering customer data into the computer, providing customers with service information and making outbound calls to customers to schedule maintenance agreements.

This team member will be the first contact for our customers and clients. The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and be extremely reliable.

Work Hours: 7a - 3p weekdays, some oncall

Required Qualifications:

Prior dispatching experience - HVAC or other home service is a HUGE plus!

- Advanced customer service skills

- Impeccable phone etiquette while remaining friendly and personable

- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

- Organized and efficient with time

- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Reliable and able to be at work on-site for determined hours

- Advanced computer skills

- Work well with all departments and communicate issues to management

Desired Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of HVAC industry

- Experience working with dispatching software a HUGE plus

- Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as Windows OS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
