We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
**Pipeline Foreman**
to oversee field operations for pipeline construction and maintenance projects. The Pipeline Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew of workers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all project specifications and regulatory standards.
  
  
**Requirements**

* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of pipeline crews.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures (e.g., OSHA, DOT, company standards).
* Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
* Manage tools, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient operations.
* Conduct daily safety meetings and job site inspections.
* Resolve work-related issues and troubleshoot challenges in the field.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients.
* Keep accurate daily reports and documentation of crew activities and job progress.
* Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
