- Scale Vital Lyfe’s product offerings across global markets, identifying key opportunities for expansion.
- Analyze the financial impact of growth experiments to prioritize business and engineering initiatives effectively.
- Oversee the online customer journey, from purchase to activation, and lead improvements to enhance the experience.
- Assess consumer insights and analytics to refine demand generation strategies, identifying both opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic programs, such as campaigns and new channel strategies, to maximize global sales.
- Research industry ecosystems to inform product positioning and drive market relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support, to drive product improvements and ensure alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations. - 1+ years in early or growth-stage startups working with lean teams.- Strong business judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience analyzing data to generate insights and solve complex problems creatively.
- Background in financial analysis and familiarity with SQL and/or Python.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
- Proven track record of leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Industry experience in water treatment technology, consumer products, or maritime is a plus.
- Work on high-impact problems with global relevance.
