This is a full-time, on-site role as a Front Desk Receptionist located in White Plains, New York.
The Front Desk will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative duties of the White Plains office. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, managing resources, scheduling, answering the office phone, and ensuring effective office management.
- Report on-site to the office headquarters Monday through Friday
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the CEO as necessary
- Maintain and organize files
- Assist with drafting and editing documents, presentations, and reports
- Provide office upkeep such as stocking fridges and general tidying duties
- Provide post office delivery and shipment needs as necessary
- Minimal travel offsite to complete errands as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, ensuring efficient communication
- Manage special projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned
