**Description:**

We are hiring a Bilingual Safety Manager for our busy oilfield fabrication facility in Corpus Christi, TX. With 70+ employees on- site, we're looking for a strong leader fluent in **Spanish and English** who can take charge of safety compliance, training and culutre in a heavy industrial setting.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and enforce all OSHA-compliant safety protocols
* Conduct audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
* Provide bilingual safety training ( Spanish/English) for employees
* Ensure documentation, safety logs, and reporting are up to date and current
* Collaborate with supervisors and leadership on continuous improvement initiative

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of safety management experience in oilfield or industrial fabrication
* Fluent in Spanish and English ( both spoken and written)
* Opportunities to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Texas workplace safety laws
