Our corporate facility is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with our mobility division based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. We partner closely with our customers to deliver high-quality, American-made, pre-fabricated parts and products engineered to endure demanding applications.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is more than just a problem-solver — we want someone with the right computer skills, personality, attitude, and genuine interest in this work. This role is central to creating a great customer experience by handling inquiries, orders, and service needs with accuracy and professionalism.
- Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Enter and manage orders accurately across multiple channels (phone, email, fax, website).
- Provide quotes, timelines, and product details while coordinating with production to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support sales and operations teams with updates, documentation, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports that improve customer satisfaction.
- Computer skills/literacy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn ERP or other systems.
- Personality/temperament: Professional, clear communicator, able to stay composed under pressure.
- Attitude: Positive, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile for customers and teammates.
- Desire: Someone who truly wants to be in customer service and takes pride in doing this work well.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
- 3–5 years of customer service or administrative experience (or equivalent).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
