We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Success & Inside Sales Specialist to manage customer relationships, support order processing, and drive revenue growth. This role blends customer service excellence with inside sales, account development, and product support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding orders, products, and pricing
- Proactively follow up on quotes, promote new products, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Reactivate dormant accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track opportunities in CRM and assist in pipeline management
- Support margin review, pricing updates, and inventory lead time checks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or account support
- Strong data entry and CRM experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
