Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Location: Georgetown, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative. This role supports daily office operations, processes customer orders, and communicates directly with production and logistics to ensure smooth order flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner.

- Enter sales orders accurately and promptly into the production system.

- Provide order status updates and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Work closely with the production team to confirm lead times and delivery dates.

- Maintain organized records, assist with quotes, and support general office duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Customer service or inside sales experience (manufacturing or glass industry a plus).

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

- Proficiency with computers and data entry.

- Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Experience: Preferred, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
