GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for the design and administration of the corporate-wide compliance and concerns programs to promote a positive compliance culture and minimize risk and misconduct. Collaborate with key functional areas to ensure compliance efforts are strong and periodically report program results to senior-level management and the Executive Board. Receive and respond to various worker concerns, investigating or referring matters as appropriate. Research and respond to Nuclear Regulatory Commission allegation requests for information.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage Energy Northwest’s compliance and concerns programs. This includes:
Perform special assignments as requested.
Support the Columbia Generating Station Emergency Plan by serving as a member of the ERO.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Business, Engineering, Behavioral Science, or related field and at least ten years of commercial nuclear power experience. Minimum of five years of compliance-related experience. Minimum of at least three years of implementing and/or overseeing investigative related programs. Minimum of three years in a leadership role managing a program or department.
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
