We’re hiring a Customer Success Representative to ensure our customers feel confident, supported, and excited about their choice — long after the contract is signed.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the key point of contact for clients after the sale is made. Your job? Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied, and turn that satisfaction into testimonials, referrals, and re-engaged opportunities.
- Call every client post-sale to ensure a 5-star experience
- Collect written and video testimonials for marketing and social proof
- Request referrals from happy clients
- Follow up on unclosed sales opportunities to win the business
- Identify and escalate any customer service issues
- Help clients navigate the installation process with confidence
- Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our company
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust
- Comfortable asking for testimonials and referrals
- Professional follow-up on open sales opportunities
- Organized and efficient in managing outreach and follow-up
- Solar or home services industry experience a plus, but not required
- Tech-savvy with CRM or sales tools experience
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently in a remote role
