About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Business Sales Representative to join our growing team in Miami. In this role, you’ll help small and midsize businesses simplify their HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance through our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solutions. You’ll focus on identifying prospects, building strong relationships, and closing new business that helps companies streamline operations and save time.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new PEO business within the small-to-midsize business (SMB) market (typically 10–200 employees)
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client needs across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance functions
- Develop tailored proposals and ROI analyses that clearly demonstrate the value of partnering with our PEO
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Collaborate with internal onboarding and HR specialists to ensure smooth implementation for new clients
- Represent the brand at local networking events, trade shows, and business associations across the Miami metro area
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (PEO, payroll, HR tech, insurance, or business services strongly preferred)
- Proven success selling to small and midsize business owners and C-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Working knowledge of HR, payroll, or benefits administration a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
