Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team! We are a small family owned family oriented full service oil dealer. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Great pay and benefits, including health and retirement.
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Accounts payable and reconciliation
- Payroll through Paychex
- Monthly state tax filling
- Yearly insurance policy renewals along with workers comp audit
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with customer service calls
- Complete journal entries for accruals and work with CPA to complete
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
