Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and ensuring billing accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner

- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness

- Process payments and maintain billing records

- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries

- Work with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information

- Maintain organized records of invoices and payments

- Assist with monthly billing reports and reconciliation

Qualifications

- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support preferred

- Proficiency in accounting or billing software. Such as QuickBooks Online, Open Invoice, Open Ticket, Ariba

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office software

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
