We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our sales staff by keeping information organized, assisting with customer communication, and helping ensure sales activities run smoothly.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with different teams, and contributing to business growth all while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Respond to sales-related inquiries via email, phone, or internal systems.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in our CRM system.
Help prepare sales documents such as quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Track orders and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely processing.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for sales staff.
Assist with reports and basic sales data tracking.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotions and campaigns.
Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive work style.
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
