We are looking for a candidate to assist in our Latin American department along with processing invoices for our day-to-day customers. Must be proficient in Quickbooks software and other Microsoft programs. Expect to communicate with Spanish speaking customers regarding order status and checking on inventory levels for fulfillment. We'd also like to grow our presence in Latin America. Invoicing to be done on a regular basis. You will work closely with colleagues to get tasks completed. We are a small team that works hard.
