Showroom Customer Service & Sales

Stone Fabrication Company – Liberty Lake, WA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30

Compensation: $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with finding suitable stone products for their projects with patience and highly attentive customer service

- Produce quotes based on in-house drawing software, execute job contracts, take payments, and coordinate projects from first visit through to completion

- Maintain business like professional atmosphere and communicate with precise clarity and excellent poise

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years experience in customer service, retail sales, home improvement, construction related sales, home design center, or similar relatable skill.

- Up to date, proficient computer and social media skills

- Knowledge of typical office procedures and equipment

- Excellent professional communication skills and strong command of the English language

- Minimum high school diploma
