Position Overview
We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Murray office. You’ll handle front desk duties, assist with admin support, and help keep our team and office running smoothly. This role is partly remote (some tasks can be done from home), but onsite presence is required.
Key Responsibilities
•Greet and assist office visitors with professionalism and warmth
•Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to basic questions
•Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings
•Support document handling, filing, and internal communications
•Assist with email correspondence and clerical tasks
•Provide light admin support to team members and management

What We’re Looking For
•Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
•Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
•Friendly and professional attitude
•Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation
