Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, generating leads, and fostering strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team, managing accounts, handling customer communications, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive and customer-focused, with an ability to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills

- Account Management experience

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software

- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Previous experience in industrial sales or a related field is an advantage
