Endiprev is an internationally recognized wind energy corporation. We offer specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, for onshore and offshore wind energy equipment.
Role
We are currently looking for a Travel Coordinator and Fleet Administrator to support the USA team.
LOCATION
Full-time position based in our office in Flower Mound, Texas.
Main Responsibilities Travel Coordinator responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees requiring logistical support.
- Receive and process tickets from multiple departments requesting travel arrangements using the company support platform.
- Responsible for booking travel arrangements for employees including flights, lodging and rental cars, using company travel platforms.
- Distribute all relevant logistics documentation or instructions to employees.
- Provide ongoing support to employees during travel or assignments to ensure seamless logistics execution and address any issues that arise.
- Oversee enrollment of employees into company travel platforms such as Air BnB and TravelPerk.
- Save receipts as needed per company procedure.
- Manage procurement of logistics-related services and materials in accordance with company policies and budgets.
- Offer general office support when logistics tasks are completed.
- Coordinate the acquisition and distribution of company fleet.
- Ensure vehicles are available, clean, safe and in good working conditions.
- Manage company fuel cards, auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Transport vehicles to local garages and car wash facilities.
- Monitor GPS reports from vehicles.
- Previous experience in travel management.
- Possess a current driver’s license.
- Qualified to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Ability to communicate, orally, and in writing, with clarity, fluency, and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
- Detail oriented.
- Possessing a collaborative spirit; a team player.
- Willingness to take over responsibility independently.
- Comfortable with general office tasks.
- Ability to run errands as needed.
