We’re rapidly expanding and looking for high-energy, goal-driven Roofing Sales Representatives who are ready to hustle, build real income, and grow with a supportive and driven team.

What You’ll Do

- Generate leads in residential neighborhoods across Dallas/Fort Worth

- Provide free roof inspections and educate homeowners about storm damage and insurance claims

- Assist homeowners in understanding and navigating their insurance claims

- Prepare and present roofing contracts and estimates

- Close deals and oversee the customer journey from inspection to completion

- Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure timely job completion

- Follow up for referrals and repeat business

What We're Looking For

- Prior sales experience is preferred (roofing, solar)

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Self-motivated, positive, and competitive

- Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed in a performance-based role

- Must reside in the DFW area

- Uncapped Commission: Average first-year reps earn $90K–$120K+
