Administrative Coordinator – 811 Support (Entry Level)
Pipeline Integrity Resource (PIR) – In-Office | Full-Time
Pipeline Integrity Resource keeps underground infrastructure safe, compliant, and functioning the way it should. We support drilling, cathodic protection, and pipeline integrity projects across the country — and we do it with accuracy, reliability, and a team-first mentality. If you're looking to get your foot in the door in a stable, essential industry… welcome.
We’re hiring an entry-level Administrative Coordinator to support our office, our field teams, and our 811 ticketing process. No experience in pipeline integrity required — we’ll train you. But if you do have exposure to 811 utility locating or dig tickets? That’s a golden bonus star.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, confident on the phone, and ready to learn a niche industry where attention to detail actually matters.
811 / Utility Support (We’ll Train You!)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Solid computer skills (email, spreadsheets, digital filing).
- Bonus points: Any experience with 811 systems, dig tickets, utility locating, or construction scheduling.
- Must work onsite Monday–Friday.
- A supportive team willing to teach you the ropes.
- Opportunities to grow into project coordination or operations roles.
- Stable industry + year-round work = job security.- A company that appreciates accurate work and a good attitude.
